Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to operate tipping equipment.
• Should be familiar with appropriate safety procedures.
• Knowledge of merchandise is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare donations for sale while meeting production goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
• Provide customer service on the outlet floor.
• Load and unload trailers at the loading dock.

Skills

Ability to operate all tipping equipment

Ability to use safety PPE and follow safety protocols

Knowledge of different shades and tones of color

Knowledge of merchandise across various categories

Ability to work varied hours
