Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time team member to support our donation store. You will receive, sort, price, and prepare donated items for display while assisting customers with donations, selections, and purchases.

Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, managing sorting rooms, and operating the cash register to complete transactions. Prior retail or warehouse experience is preferred but not required, with a HS diploma or GED recommended.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential for helping donors and shoppers in-store
• Experience with cash handling and basic sales transactions preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent training/experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts, prices and prepares donated items for display in the store
• Assists in maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the store and sorting room area
• Assists store customers in donating, selecting and purchasing store items
• Operates and maintains a cash register and handles customer questions
