Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is hiring a Donation Processing Associate to sort, grade, and handle donated goods in a safe, organized warehouse setting. You will assist donors, maintain records, and support shipment needs while upholding our mission and values.

The role requires basic reading/writing, strong communication, and the ability to lift 40–60 pounds. Training is provided and benefits are offered as part of a comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 40–60 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into textiles, hardline goods, and trash.
• Grade, hang, and tag textiles according to standards.
• Assist donors with unloading vehicles and provide receipts.
• Maintain accurate daily donation records.
• Pack seasonal items for storage or shipping.
• Support store shipment needs and related paperwork.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Interact with customers, donors, and team members professionally.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required safety gear.
