Job summary

KARM Stores in Knoxville, TN is seeking a part-time, hourly team member to assist with donations processing and donor interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting donors, unloading donations, presorting, and issuing receipts, with heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. Department hours are 9a–6p, and some Saturdays may be required.

All team members are eligible for a 90-day raise; the role supports the organization’s mission of service, trust, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Stand – up to 100% of a standard work day.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and presort donations as part of the processing team.
• Greet donors, unload donations, and tell the KARM Stores story; issue receipts.
• Assist team by upholding the organization’s mission and core values.
