Job summary

LiveOnNY Inc. seeks a Clinical Practice RN and Optimization Field Trainer to educate and elevate frontline staff across donation operations. You will deliver classroom instruction, field orientation, and hands-on coaching to ensure adherence to standards and real-world readiness.

The role focuses on onboarding, competency development, and ongoing practice improvement, with field feedback to inform curriculum and practice guidance. Based at LiveOnNY Corporate Office with regular hospital travel.

Qualifications

• BSN prepared, RN with current, unrestricted license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 5 years in critical care, emergency medicine, transplantation, or similar high-acuity settings
• Experience in organ procurement/donation operations preferred
• Experience delivering classroom-based training or adult learning support

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for one or more Donation Operations service lines (e.g., Case Development, Hospital Services, Allocation).
• Deliver classroom-based orientation and training for new hires and transitioning staff.
• Provide hands-on field training and coaching during hospital shifts and operational workflows.
• Support competency assessments, validations, and training documentation.
• Ensure alignment with CMS/OPTN/UNOS/FDA regulations and organizational policies and escalation processes.
