LiveOnNY Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver and facilitate education programs supporting donation operations, workforce readiness, and compliance in a 24/7 clinical environment.

You will execute LMS tasks, ensure audit-ready documentation, and partner with Education leadership, SMEs, and operations to align with CMS/OPTN/UNOS and NYS requirements. Qualified candidates have a relevant degree, 5+ years of training experience, and strong LMS and Microsoft Office skills to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years delivering training on platform, including instructor-led and virtual training.
• Experience delivering standardized training in a regulated or performance-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for donation operations staff.
• Execute LMS assignments including scheduling, enrollment, attendance, and completion.
• Support competency validation activities and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with SMEs and operational leaders to reflect real-world practices.
• Provide 24/7 donation ops support; occasional after-hours delivery may be required.
