Lyncs in Lynden, WA is seeking a Second Chance Donation Processing Supervisor to oversee donation intake, inventory flow, and backroom operations. Reporting to the Store Director, you will lead paid staff and volunteers, ensuring efficient processing and a hospitable, faith-guided atmosphere.

You will manage pricing, station upkeep, and cross-department communication, while mentoring volunteers and assisting with staff scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inventory & production management: organize backroom receiving and sorting workflows
• Quality & pricing: oversee sorting, grading, and pricing of donated items
• Station upkeep: keep sorting/pricing areas clean and stocked
• Cross-department: coordinate with Front-End Supervisor on inventory needs
• Supply ordering: monitor supplies and submit monthly orders
• Volunteer cultivation: train and supervise volunteers
• Staff development: assist with hiring and scheduling paid staff
• Performance & alignment: provide feedback and conduct staff reviews
• Communication: lead staff meetings and plan for long-term goals
• Customer service & facility stewardship: assist donors and maintain a welcoming environment
