Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory flow and production in donation intake processing.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; train and assign tasks; support Store Director.
• Maintain organized backroom and ensure pricing, sorting, and station upkeep.
• Collaborate with Front-End Supervisor on inventory needs and floor coverage.
• Perform end-of-day closing procedures and ensure security of the facility.
