Job summary

src in Dallas - Hospital seeks a Temporary Development Assistant to support donation operations and donor communications. You will handle labeling, card signers, shipping, and inventory tasks while assisting the Donation Database Coordinator.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, supporting the team during peak season. Attention to detail and reliable teamwork are essential to ensure accurate processing of hundreds of donor materials and holiday cards.

Responsibilities

• Processes popcorn project list and mailing labels (400 labels)
• Handles the popcorn card signers/routing signatures/organizing groups (400 cards)
• Handles the ornament card signers/routing signatures/organizing groups (2,800 cards)
• Ships ornaments to donors (3,200 ornaments)
• Research returns on popcorn and ornaments
• Assist the Donation Database Coordinator in sending the TSRHC institutional cards to departments (3,500 cards)
• Assists in ornament shipping
• Fulfills and processes the happy holiday acknowledgement cards (average of 1,500 custom Christmas cards)
