Job summary

Qualifications

• No formal education necessary.
• Must be 18 years or older due to store hours and child labor laws.
• Flexible scheduling across all store operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, pricing, tagging, moving to sales floor.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, shoes and more; meet production/sales goals.
• Organize, rotate and recover sales floor as needed.
• Follow quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Assist Ecommerce with item selection when needed.
• Provide high-quality customer service to shoppers and donors.
