Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Pennsylvania is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support overall store operations by processing donations, sorting, pricing and stocking for the sales floor. You will ensure quality and safety standards while helping meet daily production goals.

This role requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; no formal education is required beyond legal age requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.
• Must meet qualitative and quantitative performance standards.
• Work in an open warehouse environment exposed to weather.
• Learn and use equipment and technology.
• Follow verbal instructions and work as part of a team.
• High adaptability and flexibility.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items with similar steps.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Identify items for the Ecommerce department.
