Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a store associate to support the mission in a retail environment. You will maximize efficiency, maintain store appearance, and ensure customer and associate satisfaction while processing donations for placement on the sales floor.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED preferred; no previous experience is required. A criminal background check is required, and evening/weekend availability may be needed.

• Adheres to safety, asset protection, and uniform dress standards.
• Communicates effectively with customers and management.
