Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to perform donation processing, sorting, and stocking duties in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests and donors and help maintain merchandise flow on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adaptability, with opportunities to cross-train across production tasks and support the overall nonprofit mission in Idaho. A positive attitude and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Processing donations and sorting merchandise for sale.
• Replenishing stock and assisting guests and donors.
• Cross-training to assist in all production aspects as directed.
