Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to support daily operations in our donation and sales area. You will process donations, sort merchandise, replenish stock, and greet guests and donors while meeting daily production goals.

Applicants should perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and work well with people of diverse abilities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires use of hands for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• Background check required for all positions.

• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
