Easterseals‑Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to perform duties per established Best Practices, meet daily production goals, and assist with processing donations. Responsibilities include sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and helping guests and donors as needed.

The role requires willingness to be cross-trained and to assist in all production areas as directed by supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process donations according to Best Practices.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and/or remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
• Cross-train to support all production duties.
