Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking a team member to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and help price and stock merchandise. You’ll move items to the sales floor, track counts, and support safety and cleanliness on shift.

No experience is required—we provide free training. This full-time position offers benefits, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, team member discounts, and opportunities for annual raises and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You’ll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
