Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking team members to greet donors, unload donations, and manage receipts. You’ll sort and price merchandise, move items to the floor, and maintain a clean work area while adhering to safety guidelines.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; this role involves both indoor and outdoor work with physical tasks and exposure to the elements, offering opportunities for growth and development within a mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You’ll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements
