Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking a team member to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and price merchandise for the sales floor. You will help maintain cleanliness and safety while working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 100+ pounds.
• Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
