Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring for a full-time donation processor role in Rock Hill, SC. You will greet donors, assist unloading, sort and price merchandise, and keep the store clean—working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.

No experience is required; we provide training and offer opportunities for advancement with benefits and annual raises. Expect active, physical work including lifting and moving items while supporting a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You’ll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
