Freedom House Thrift in Greensboro, NC seeks an Intake Processor to manage donation intake at the Battleground Ave store. You will greet donors, accept and sort donations, explain guidelines, and uphold our mission with professionalism.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and communicating clearly with donors. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available, with weekday and occasional Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors warmly and provide excellent customer service in the intake area.
• Explain donation guidelines and tactfully decline items not acceptable while remaining respectful.
• Safely lift and move donations, up to 50 pounds, keeping items in good condition.
