Responsibilities

• Adhere to Guiding Principle: process donations within 24 hours and ensure flowing goods to sales floor.
• Sort donations into salable, salvage, and trash; place non-salable items accordingly.
• Meet or exceed production goals.
• Price merchandise using baseline guide; mark exceptional value items.
• Keep updated on brand names, pricing trends and competition.
• Maintain neat, clean, and operable processing area and equipment.
• Perform markdowns per policy and review recall bulletins to prevent unsafe items.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Attend in-service training as assigned by team leader/coach.
• Move wares totes safely with team members and manage tote stacks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by TLC/ATL.
