Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience a plus.
• 1-2 years in retail, warehouse, or customer service setting preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors during drop-off and ensure a positive experience.
• Inspect donated items for cleanliness and quality; price and prepare items for merchandising.
• Maintain organized donation records and support inventory flow.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers on donation processing and display.
• Uphold safety policies and OSHA/Cal/OSHA standards.
