Responsibilities include maintaining clean donation areas, meeting daily goals, and supporting overall operations as directed. A background check is required; accommodations are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift 20–100 pounds and maneuver donations.
• Comfort with temperature and humidity changes.
• Ability to move independently within the facility and community.
• Background check required; criminal history not an automatic bar.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading vehicles and sorting donations by category.
