Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to greet donors and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting. You will help unload vehicles, sort donations into proper containers by category, and keep donation areas clean both inside and out.

This entry-level role requires physical stamina, the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and a commitment to the nonprofit's values.

Qualifications

• Standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift 20–100 pounds with or without assistance.
• Tolerance to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to move independently within the facility.
• Background check is required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading vehicles and sorting donations into proper containers.
• Maintain clean donation areas inside and out.
• Strive to meet daily goals following ESGW best practices.
• Support all aspects of operations as directed.
