Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. is seeking an Entry-level Donation Door Attendant to greet donors, assist in unloading and sorting donations, and maintain clean donation areas. The role supports daily goals and collaborates with the operations team in a busy environment.

This position emphasizes service to donors, physical activity, and adherence to ESGW Best Practices. A background check is required; the company offers a competitive benefits package and equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires use of hands for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Moves 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Tolerance to extreme temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently within the facility and community.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading and sorting donations into proper containers by category.
• Clean donation areas, inside and out, and help meet daily goals.
• Support in all aspects of operations as directed by leadership.
