Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking an Entry-level Donation Door Attendant to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and sort items into appropriate containers. The role emphasizes maintaining clean donation areas and adhering to Best Practices to support daily goals.

Candidates must handle physical tasks, work in varying temperatures, and be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assists in unloading vehicles of donations.
• Sorts donations into proper containers by category.
• Cleans donation areas inside and out.
• Strives to meet daily goals and follow ESGW Best Practices.
