Qualifications

• Standing for entire shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, and carry during shift
• Move 20–100 lbs with or without assistance
• Tolerance to extreme temperatures and humidity
• Move independently within facility with reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment
• Assist in unloading donations from donor vehicles
• Sort donations into proper containers by category
• Clean donation areas inside and outside
• Strive to meet daily donation processing goals
• Support in all operations as directed by ESGW Best Practices
