Wage: $15/hr

Job Description

The Donation Door Attendant greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service. Responsibilities include unloading donations, sorting donations into categories, maintaining cleanliness of the donation areas, and meeting daily goals. Must adhere to ESGW's Best Practices and assist in all operational aspects as directed.

Requirements

• Stand, stoop, bend, and carry throughout the shift (excluding breaks).
• Use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Lift or move 20-100 pounds using assistance or mechanical aid.
• Tolerate extreme temperature and humidity changes.
• Move independently within the facility and community.
• Be physically and mentally capable of performing all job duties.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete a background check; having criminal convictions does not automatically disqualify.
