The Donation Door Attendant greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service. Responsibilities include unloading donations, sorting items into proper categories, maintaining cleanliness of the donation areas, and meeting daily goals. The role requires adherence to ESGW's Best Practices and assistance in all operational aspects as directed.

Requirements

• Standing, stooping, bending, and carrying throughout the shift (excluding breaks).
• Use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Moving 20-100 pounds via lifting, team lifting, or mechanical aid.
• Tolerance to extreme temperature and humidity changes.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodations.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing all job duties.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of a background check; criminal convictions do not automatically disqualify applicants.
