The position includes cross-training as Barcoder/Processor Trainee to foster growth, with emphasis on delivering a positive donor experience and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
• Accept donations and provide a positive donor experience with clear steps.
• Cross-train as Barcoder and Processor Trainee for growth.
• Label outgoing gaylords correctly.
• Maintain merchandise placement and organize production area.
• Assist customers with loading furniture and obtain waivers for purchases.
• Assist with sale tickets and signs for large items.
• Operate pallet jack and forklifts safely.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment.
• Report injuries promptly and maintain a hazard-free workspace.
• Maintain clean personal appearance and wear uniform.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
