Qualifications

• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• One year or more production experience preferred.
• Forklift operation eligibility (18+).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade donated goods for sale in retail stores.
• Process items to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Sort donations into designated categories and maintain organized work area.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations with truck drivers.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to management.
• Attend trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
