Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Good math and reading skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade donated goods for sale.
• Process donations efficiently to meet production goals.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Assist guests and resolve questions per procedures.
• Maintain a clean donor door area and report hazards.
