Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Donor Specialist for a full-time position in Roswell. You will thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to prepare them for sale in our retail stores, working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to sell in stores.
• Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals.
• Follow standard operating procedures at all times.
• Display professional, patient, and guest-focused attitude.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Communicate with management when necessary.
• Complete training playbooks, e-learning and work instructions.
