Job summary

The Donated Goods Associate at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas in Conway supports store operations by assisting with the intake, processing, stocking, and sale of donated goods, delivering an ACE customer experience at the register, donation area, and sales floor.

You will rotate through donor door, processing, pricing, merchandising, and cashiering as needed; maintain clean, organized spaces; meet daily production and safety goals; and participate in required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service or retail helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Process sales transactions at the register and handle cash/other payments.
• Receive, unload, sort, and assess donated goods for quality and usability.
• Hang, tag, price, and stock merchandise; maintain clean, organized spaces.
• Assist across cashier, production, and sales floor duties as needed.
