Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa is seeking a Donation Center Associate to assist contributors with donations, issue receipts, and move materials within the store. You will maintain a professional, courteous attitude and support a positive ACE culture in all interactions.

Responsibilities include pre-sorting donations, loading and unloading with a hand truck, separating salvage, and helping with daily records. Must lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist contributors with donations and issue receipts.
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude at all times.
• Pre-sort donations by category and safely pack for transport.
• Move materials with a hand truck and assist with loading/unloading.
• Unload truck and help distribute goods to staging areas.
• Keep the donation center clean and safe; follow safety rules.
• Complete daily and weekly records as assigned.
• Refuse unacceptable items politely.
• Treat every donor as a guest, per ACE culture.
