Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa is seeking a Donated Goods Associate to assist with intake, processing, stocking, and sale of donated goods. You will rotate between donor door, processing, pricing, merchandising, and cashiering based on daily demand to ensure an amazing customer experience.

You will greet customers, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and collaborate with team members to meet production and sales goals while upholding Goodwill policies and ACE standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is helpful.
• Basic math and cash handling skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers in a friendly, helpful manner consistent with ACE culture.
• Accurately process sales transactions at the register, including cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
• Receive, unload, and sort donated goods; determine quality and usability per guidelines.
• Hang, tag, price, and stock donated merchandise to meet production and sales goals.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, donation area, stockroom, and restrooms.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and answer store-policy questions.
• Flex between cashier, production, and sales floor duties as needed.
• Participate in training to learn Goodwill policies and ACE standards.
• Support new store building/renovation efforts as needed.
• Perform other duties to meet daily production, safety, and customer goals.
