Job summary

Goodwill South Florida Tep LLC is seeking a friendly retail associate to support donation intake, merchandising, and cashiering in our store. You will greet donors, process donations, assist customers, and help maintain clean, organized aisles and checkout areas.

Excellent customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to stand/walk for long periods are essential. Prior cashiering or retail experience is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 6 months related experience or training desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior cashiering experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of electronic devices and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations from donors and thank them for their items.
• Process, sort, hang, and price clothing and household items.
• Conduct sales transactions and manage cash/credit card procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized store areas including bathrooms and fixtures.
• Assist customers, price merchandise, and support store operations.
