Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant experience in donation management, housekeeping, facilities, inventory, maintenance, or a similar hands-on role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and respond to changing priorities.
• Ability to interact respectfully with clients, staff, donors, volunteers, vendors, and Campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, inspect, and organize donated clothing, shoes, hygiene products, pantry items, and other supplies.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the Donation Center as a clean, welcoming, store-style space.
• Operate the Donation Center during established hours and assist clients while they select needed items.
• Track client visits, distributed items, and available inventory.
• Monitor inventory, rotate seasonal items, remove expired or unusable products, and communicate donation needs.
• Coordinate access to donated items for other PPCS programs and after-hours needs.
• Occasionally pick up donations using a PPCS vehicle.
• Coordinate recycling pickups with Remains LLC.
• Welcome and support volunteers while they are on site.
