Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend and reach.
• Able to lift, push, pull, carry or move up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Able to perform basic math skills.
• Maintain a positive, neat, clean appearance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Guiding Principle: process donations within 24 hours; keep goods flowing to sales floor.
• Sort donations into salable, salvage, and trash; place non-salable items into salvage/trash.
• Meet and often exceed production goals; price merchandise using baseline guides.
• Stay informed on brand names, merchandise knowledge, trends and pricing.
• Keep processing area and equipment neat, clean, and operable.
• Perform mark-downs per GGC policy; review recalls to prevent unsafe items.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Attend in-service and related training as assigned by team leader/coach.
• Move wares totes to/off the sales floor safely with team support as needed.
• Additional duties assigned by TLC/ATL.
