Qualifications

• Greet donors in a prompt, friendly manner and assist with unloading donations.
• Maintain accurate daily counts of donations.
• Ensure donor tracking and reporting accuracy.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Assist Transportation team with deliveries/pickups when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a prompt, friendly manner and explains tax receipts.
• Unloads donations from vehicles and categorizes items.
• Maintains accurate counts of donations and donor tracking.
• Adheres to safety, security and PPE guidelines at all times.
• Supports ADC peers and leadership with assigned duties.
