• Greet donors promptly and courteously; assist unloads from vehicles and explain tax receipts.
• Maintain donor tracking and counts; ensure donations remain property of Memphis Goodwill.
• Break down donations into categories and organize per guidelines.
• Keep drive-through and ADC site clean and safe; report hazards.
• Order and manage supplies; secure them and use them properly.
• Follow all policies; support ADC leadership and participate in trainings.
