Goodwill Industries Of Gr. Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking a Donation Center Attendant for a full-time day shift. You will be the first point of contact for donors, helping create a positive donor experience while supporting Goodwill’s mission.

You will greet donors, process donations, and help ensure a clean, safe center. This role emphasizes customer service, physical work, and adherence to safety procedures in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Uniform and identification badge required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform physical duties such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stair climbing.
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and indoors in a heated trailer office.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank donors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accept donated merchandise and issue donor tax receipts as requested.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation center.
• Follow Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
