Goodwill Industries Of Gr. Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking a Donation Center Attendant for a full-time day shift. You will be the first contact for donors, creating a positive experience and supporting our mission.

This role requires physical activity, flexibility to work outdoors in winter and indoors in a heated trailer. Benefits include PTO, holidays, low-cost medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in winter and indoors in a heated trailer office.
• Background check required.
• Must wear a company uniform and an identification badge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank donors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accept donated merchandise and issue donor tax receipts as requested.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation center.
• Follow Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
