Job summary

GOODWILL OF NORTH FLORIDA is seeking a Donation Center Attendant to greet donors, collect donations, and provide receipts while delivering outstanding customer service at our St. Augustine donation center.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. High school diploma or GED preferred; at least 2 years in retail or customer service is a plus; valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years prior retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent customer/donor relations following the customer service manual.
• Provides an exceptional customer service experience by engaging with donors to ensure satisfaction.
• Greets donors and receives merchandise, providing a receipt if desired.
• Completes housekeeping tasks to keep a clean and safe work area and identifies supply needs.
• May travel to other donation centers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
