Job summary

Goodwill Industries of North Florida in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Donation Center Attendant to provide outstanding customer service to donors at the donation center. You will greet donors, receive donations, and offer receipts while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Educational requirements include a High School diploma or GED; at least 2 years in retail or customer service is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years prior retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Licensure: Valid Driver's License.
• Must like to interact with people and be driven to succeed.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent customer/donor relations per customer service standards.
• Greets donors and receives merchandise, provides receipts when requested.
• Performs housekeeping tasks to keep the area clean, safe and welcoming.
• May be required to travel to other donation centers on an as-needed basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
