Job summary

Goodwill Industries of North Florida is seeking a Donation Center Attendant (DCA) to deliver friendly customer service at our St. Augustine donation center. You will greet donors, receive donations from vehicles, and provide receipts when requested.

This hourly, full-time role requires reading comprehension, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years prior retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and receive donations from their vehicles.
• Provide receipts and thank donors for donating when requested.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• May travel to other donation centers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
