Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking an entry-level Donation Door Attendant to greet donors and provide friendly service in a fast-paced setting. You will help unload donations and sort items into proper containers while maintaining the donation areas inside and out.

The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 100 pounds, standing, bending, and exposure to varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Must stand, stoop, bend, and carry for the full shift.
• Use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Able to move 20–100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Tolerance to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Background check required; past convictions not automatic bar to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides top-notch service to donors and unloads donations from vehicles.
• Sorts donations into proper containers by category; treats donations with respect.
• Keeps donation areas clean inside and out and meets daily goals.
• Performs duties according to ESGW Best Practices.
