Job summary

The Goodwill Industries Of North Louisiana Alexandria Store is seeking a full-time General Labor associate. You will provide friendly, fast, accurate customer service to donors, assist with receiving and sorting donations, and help maintain a safe, clean workspace.

You will move donations using pallet jacks, support material handling, and may perform processing tasks as needed to keep the donation flow efficient and the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Background screening will be completed as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, accurate and safe customer service to donors.
• Receive, sort and process donations from the public.
• Assist with material handling using pallet jacks to move full and empty containers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; may perform processor duties as needed.
