Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of North Louisiana is seeking a general labor role in Bossier City, LA. You will provide friendly, fast, accurate and safe customer service to donors and the public, and help sort and accept donations at Airline Store, with occasional processing duties.

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly, fast, accurate and safe customer service.
• Serve as main contact for donors bringing items to Goodwill.
• Follow guidelines to accept, receive and sort donations.
• Assist with material handling, moving containers/gaylords using pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety for coworkers and donors.
• May be required to work as a processor at times.
