Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission. This role involves transporting donated goods from customer vehicles and GICO trucks, greeting customers, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace. Starting pay is $13.50 per hour with benefits and a growth-oriented environment.

Hours vary with business needs, including weekends. Candidates should have GED or equivalent and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrates experience in customer service or interaction.
• Clear communication skills with supervisor, drivers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Decide on quality of donations and communicate decisions to customers.
• Greet the public professionally and provide detailed receipts.
• Keep work and public areas neat and orderly.
• Maintain equipment and property in good condition and follow QC standards.
• Open, close and secure ADC at shift end.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports, tallies and inventories.
